Service Provision

The Company provides piped gas services to residents within our complex. Service availability and timing may depend on technical and regulatory factors.

Account Setup

To use our Services, you must register with us by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, address, and contact details. You agree to keep your information updated.

Gastech Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any application, if found incorrect.

Billing and Payment

• Billing: You will be billed monthly based on your gas consumption. Your invoice will include applicable charges, taxes, and fees.
• Payment: Payments are due by the due date specified on your invoice. We accept payments through various methods, as outlined in your given details.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional fees or service interruptions.

Service Interruptions

The Company strives to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted gas supply. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, emergencies, non payment or factors outside our control. In such cases, we will restore services as soon as feasible.

Customer Responsibilities

• Safe Use: You agree to use the gas safely and in compliance with local regulations. Do not tamper with the gas connection or meters.
• Notification of Issues: If you detect any issues, such as gas leaks, you must immediately notify us for prompt assistance.
• Access for Maintenance: You agree to provide Company representatives access to your property, as necessary, for meter reading, maintenance, and safety checks.

Termination of Service

• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate the Services by notifying us in advance, subject to applicable notice requirements.
• Company Termination: We may terminate your service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or as required by law.
• Refunds and Outstanding Balance: Any refunds or outstanding balances will be addressed upon termination, following our billing and refund policies.

Liability

• Limited Liability: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, defects, or delays, except as required by law.
• Customer Liability: You are responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the gas service or failure to follow safety instructions.

Privacy

Your personal information will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of OMC and Chennai Jurisdiction only.]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts under Chennai Jurisdiction only.
